In my after Christmas fog.

Now that my 6 week long run to the post office everyday with 18 packages marathon has been over for about 2 weeks, I am totally brain dead. All the work craziness (and Christmas) is over and I do not know what to do with myself. I did start cleaning but my focus and drive has totally fizzled. I have been cooking some pretty good dinners, I spend my time online finding some good recipes to try out. I go to the store for that one dinner because I am too lazy to plan ahead and make a list with many dinners.

So here is what I made Wed. night. It was very good. I did add Taco seasoning to the g.beef and I used canned enchilada sauce.

This is the one I would visit during my crazy work time, but only for a second or two. I was always amazed at with photos, and taken while cooking...so talented. It has been nice to sit and read both blogs.

I tried this recipe last night. It was good!!


Now off to go clean something.
